Challenge
StackTek sought out a partner to help them modernize their e-commerce framework and process orders through B2B and B2C markets. They needed to allow potential clients the ability to customize their product offering for co-packing and private labeling options. Our challenge was to design and develop an engaging shopping experience that builds brand loyalty and helps drive sales.
Solution
ROXO worked with StackTek to leverage a pre-existing Shopify theme and modified the look and feel to fit their branding guidelines. We integrated a custom form builder app to allow potential customers to easily supply information and upload a logo for quick private labeling processing. Building off the Shopify platform and app ecosystem we were able to collect all customer data in one spot and effectively reduce turnaround times for fulfillment teams.
Smooth Checkout
Customers are able to checkout directly through Shopify or process payment through ShopPay an accelerated checkout experience. ShopApp helps track orders so customers can see delivery information and know when their order will arrive. StackTek was able to build loyalty with customers, boost conversions and increase sales.
Private Labeling
We created unique product pages for both B2C & B2B use case scenarios. This allowed us to set up separate pricing options for different package sizes. On B2B, we were able to add an additional customizable form to collect information for co-packing and private labeling.
